Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information System or a related field.
Experience:
10 years? experience in IT support with general user applications, networking and server.
Competencies:
1. Experienced in system infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, O365, Group Policy, Network products Cisco Router, Firewall, Switch), data recovery, variety of computer products and operating system and hardware.
2. Good communication both Thai and English
3. Good service support and user training skills.
4. Able to work after office hours as well as during the weekend when require.
5. Able to travel and work outside Bangkok sometimes.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for supporting general user applications, system infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, O365, Group Policy, Network products Cisco Router, Firewall, Switch), data recovery. Variety of computer products and operating systems and hardware.
2. Services support and user training skills.
3. Setting up computer for new user and dealing with password issues.
4. Data recovery, variety of computer products and operating systems and hardware.
5. Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
6. Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
7. Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
8. Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
9. Lead day-to-day activities including supervising, coaching, prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure that the team?s resources are effectively managed.
10. Be the lead or supervise on System Infrastructure, Networks and other system.
11. Monitor and maintain data center to ensure everything run without issue.
12. Acting as a center for any major IT issues.
13. Find new solution to improve all IT infrastructure.
14. Prepare document (memorandum, purchasing, manual, SOP, etc.) to support all business indeed.
