- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hospitality marketing communications role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai (highly desirable)
- Creative and results-oriented with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy across all channels, including traditional media, digital marketing (social media, website, email marketing, etc.), and public relations
- Craft and execute innovative promotions and special offers to attract new guests and generate buzz for Salil properties.
- Spearhead cutting-edge branding initiatives that solidify Salil's unique position in the Bangkok hospitality market.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through creative and strategic use of social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage a calendar of engaging happenings and events that showcase Salil's properties and attract local and international audiences.
- Put Salil Hospitality Group on the map by securing positive media coverage, fostering relationships with key travel and lifestyle publications, and generating online reputation management strategies.
- Over aspects of social media presence, including content creation, community management, and social media advertising
- Create compelling and engaging content that showcases the unique selling points of each Salil hotel and resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hospitality marketing
