- Minimum 5 years in operational management experience with strong Guest Experience or Front Office background
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in high-pressure situations.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Capable to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage
- Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest experience.?
- Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance and attract a diverse range of international travelers to the hotel.
