? Experience as a Restaurant Reservations Executive or Host/Hostess, engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds, ideally in the boutique hotel sector.
? Highly social, motivated, proactive, professional and positive attitude in all interactions
? Well organized with keen attention to detail, possessing natural sales ability.
? Familiar with TMS, Okkami, Futurelog, all Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, powerpoint); training provided.
? Fluency in Thai and English speaking and writing is essential; additional languages are a plus.
? Flexibility in working hours, including shifts and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities also include creating and approving BEOs, managing orders, maintaining records, and assisting in event planning.
