Experience at least 10 years experience as Executive Chef in similar size operation.
Strong in Thai cuisine experience.
Strong cooking foundation in Banqueting, Buffet and a la carte.
Good understanding of business management, control of all cost and expenses.
Good knowledge in HACCP standards and procedures.
Strong leadership skills.
Must show flexibility and willingness to work hard.
Provide functional assistance and support to the Kitchen team.
Organizes and supervises food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts.
Provide guests with the highest quality product by supervising and preparation of food.
Responsible for menu planning and creation for our restaurants.
Implements the Food Safety and Sanitation/HACCP standards and policies at all times.
