- To welcome guests and seat, them with care providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To recognize guests and to remember the names of the regulars and to be in constant communication with managers
- To offer menus according to the company standard-
- To escort guests to their destination.
- To clean tables and chairs, restaurant floor, walls and internal glass areas-
- To welcome and bid farewell to the guests-
- Observe guests during their meal, and determine whether or not they are satisfied with their experience and inform manager on duty to take prompt action if you feel that guests are not satisfied-
- Be able to give the guests a pleasant experience as possible with as little intrusion as possible
