Position Summary:
The Sales Executive ? Catering & Takeaway will play a pivotal role in expanding the off-premise revenue streams for Pillar's Restaurant + Bar. This individual will focus on proactively generating catering leads, securing bookings for banquet functions, and driving sales of lunchtime takeaway boxes, sandwich boxes, and other grab-and-go offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation:?Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering and takeaway through cold calling, networking, community outreach, website inquiries, and other lead sources.
?Sales Development:?Develop persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to highlight Pillar's catering and takeaway services.
-Client Relationship Management:?Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
-Contract Negotiation:?Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service details with clients.
-Collaboration with Operations:?Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure exceptional catering execution and client satisfaction.
-Sales Tracking and Reporting:?Monitor sales activity, track progress towards goals, and provide regular reports to management.
Compensation:
