-Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, club or restaurant management.
-Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multicultural setting.

both written and verbal.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Oversee daily operations to ensure they meet international standards.
-Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
-Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
-Act as the point of contact for foreign guests, addressing any concerns or special
requests.
-Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
-Train and mentor staff on international customer service standards.
-Develop and implement strategies to attract foreign clientele.
-Ensure compliance with international health and safety regulations.
-Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns targeting foreign
audiences.
-Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on international performance
metrics.
-Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
-Collaborate with marketing and upper management to drive business goals.
