Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
4. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairing.
5. Proficient in using reservation systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Fluency in English and Thai; additional language skills are a plus.
8. Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the restaurant's dress code.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow.
2. Oversee and manage table assignments, and accommodate special requests.
3. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate service.
4. Train, mentor, and supervise the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
5. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
6. Manage VIP reservations, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail for high-profile guests.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with regular and VIP guests to encourage repeat business.
8. Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
9. Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
