? A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
? Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is often required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
? Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
? Ability to notice and address even minor cleanliness issues to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
? Effective organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and staff assignments efficiently.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments effectively.
? Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and guide housekeeping staff, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
? Focus on guest satisfaction and the ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
? Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

รายละเอียดงาน

? Directly oversee the housekeeping team. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training as needed.
? Ensure that all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
? Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies such as cleaning products, linens, and amenities.
? Create work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage. Handle employee shift changes and manage time-off requests.
? Monitor the quality of cleaning and maintenance services provided by the team. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
? Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services. Ensure that guest rooms are prepared according to standards and resolve any issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
? Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including room occupancy, cleaning schedules, and inventory levels.
? Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
