-Ensure products produced in line with standard recipe cards.
-Preparation lists are completed in a timely manner.
-Mise en place to be completed as outlined.
-Product knowledge of all items on all current menus within areas worked.
-Food and other supply are always available.
-Finish products produces to have consistent taste and look.
