- Thai background in hotel business at least 5 years
- Can communicate well in English
- Have knowledge of promotion, sales and bookings of hotel's products and services
- Familiar with travel agencies, tour operators, transportation companies, hotel chains, etc.
- Responsible for providing travel information, hotel products, prices, handling customers complaints or concerns
- Have skill for counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel or makingn reservations and sending out confirmation notices.
- Good managerial skill
- If know the comanche program will be advantage
- Be smiles and quick response to customer service
Reservation manager is a person who is responsible for managing the reservation system, which includes ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded and that guests are informed of any policies or procedures related to their stay. They will also be responsible for managing the room inventory, making sure that rooms are available for booking, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that rooms are clean and ready for guests.
-Day off = 6 days per month
