- Dip. / High Voc. Cert or BS degree of Science (Agriculture)
- At least 5-7 yrs supervisory experience in maintenance and technical services
- Good knowledge about the tree and plant species.
- Ability to monitor the outsource to maintain the landscape & softscape by suitable equipment/tools.
- Understand client satisfaction and excellent customer service skills.
- Continuous improvement i.e. self-development and good communication skills.
- Taking Responsibility, Adaptability, Work in Details, Understanding the jobs, and the area of concerns.
- English Language skills beneficial
The roles and responsible to supervise and participate in the maintenance process and performance of the Gardeners and assist in the process of mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, cultivating, fertilizing, watering and pruning operations of flowers, plants and trees in the Aspen Tree premises, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as
- Supervise duties and task assigned for Gardeners & Softscape
- Transition of the project handover.
- Evaluate the outsource service performance levels.
- Set and monitor completion of periodic maintenance schedules.
- Purchase necessary supplies and equipment.
- Schedule and supervise pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer and other related chemical applications.
- Perform general landscape and cleanliness duties.
- Manage to operate, maintain and install sprinkler irrigation systems including the water feature and retention pond system.
- Work in a safe manner and report unsafe activity and conditions to Agriculture Engineer
- Responsible for the condition and general health of the soil and plants
- Maintain the satisfaction of practices and adhere to responsibilities with analyzation and reporting.
- Capability to supervise the outsource to provide efficient services and appropriate maintenance statement.
