Lifestyle host (Concierge+Butler)

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, of lifestyle host role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong resident relationships.

- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to anticipate resident needs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Discretion and respect for resident privacy and confidentiality

- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for managing resident interactions

- Knowledge of local cultural events, attractions, and lifestyle offerings.

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, to accommodate resident needs.

- A passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences and a commitment to exceeding expectations

- Welcome and assist new residents with move ?in process, providing a warm and personalized greeting.

- Develop a deep understanding of each resident's preferences, interests, and lifestyle needs.

- Create and organize tailored lifestyle events, activities, and experiences to enhance the residents? quality of life.

- Coordinate and manage resident inquire, service requests, and complaints with prompt and attentive resolution

- Act as a liaison between residents and property management, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

- Arrange exclusive dining experiences, transportation services, activities appointments, and other bespoke services.

- Liaise between the clinical team, instructors, and facilitators to modify and adapt standard programs to ensure the resident?s safe participation and maximize the client?s independence wherever possible.

- Offer recommendations and insights on local attractions, dining, and cultural activities.

- Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among residents through social gatherings and networking events

- Maintain an elevated level of knowledge about the property?s amenities, services, and offerings.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience and elevate service levels.

- Ensuring the residents? safety, security, and privacy are always a top priority.

- Assist with an emergency, promptly taking appropriate actions as required.
