-Bachelor?s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
->5 years of experience in Human Resource or relevant experiences.
-Strong Knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
-Experience in Work Permit process is a plus.
-Strong Interpersonal skill, Communication skill, -Problem Solving skill, presentation skill, and analytical skill.
-Systematic Thinking & Decision making are also required.
-Excellence in Motivation and influencing skill.
-Excellent in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
-Good in English both writing and speaking.
-Be able to work in Koh Samui, Surat Thani.
Talent Management
-Recruit and select qualified candidates to support business needs.
-Work under P&C workflow and process to ensure the effective day-to-day tasks.
-Ensure associates lifecycle is smooth since the first started.
-Maintain associate personal data confidentiality as per PDPA regulation.
-Ensure probation process has been followed by regularly checking with hiring managers on associates? performance.
-Ensure offboarding procedure has been applied such as exit interview and return of all company assets.
-Ensure Performance Management system has been applied as per company policy.
-Ensure succession planning is updated at least once a year.
Compensation and Benefits
-Ensure effective Time attendant management including daily working time in and out and leave records.
-Ensure payroll information has been submitted on time and on an accurate basis.
-Update P&C monthly report and distribute to all related party on time.
-Ensure all associates have benefits as per company policy.
-Collect salary and Benefit survey from nearby hotels.
-Prepare salary and benefit survey and present to management.
-Review and propose salary scale and benefit where needed to management in order to keep competitiveness in the labor market.
Training and Development
-Analyze skill gaps and propose internal training and development plan.
-Propose annual training and activities plan to management.
-Coordinate and Arrange training session and engagement activities as per approved annual plan.
Be trainer or facilitator in training sessions.
-Ensure associates at all levels have been appropriately trained.
-Ensure associates training records have been updated.
-Create Individual Development Plan for all talents as well as follow up the plan to be on track.
