- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Provides professional, advisory, and executive support to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the hotel.
- Identify trends and monitor the hotel?s main competitors. Based on observations, she/he needs to create hotel strategies, sales goals, and KPI?s to achieve total hotel revenue.
- Shares in the establishment of revenue targets for the annual hotel business plan for rooms, F&B, and minor operating departments.
- Management of all sales and marketing employees, ensuring they are working towards achieving the hotel's revenue budget with a high level of professionalism.
