- Knowledge heath and safty in Food and Beverage Department
- Solid knowledge in Banquet and Catering Operations
- At least 5 years? experience as a Food & Beverage Manager
- Solid knowledge in Western & Asian cuisine, wine and beverages
- Strong understanding of domestic F&B market and trends
- Revenue driven in F&B; closely monitor food and beverage cost to be line with budget, and to optimize profitability
- Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels with focus on continuous improvement
- Result oriented with a strong desire to grow within the industry
- good command of written and spoken English
- Experience manage large number of F&B staff
- Able to work with Sales team to manage the Group and Events
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the entire operations of all the Food & Beverage outlets throughout the Hotel. He/She will also plan and introduce F&B promotions and to implement its marketing and business strategies, Able to lead by example, hands on, adaptable to market situation and open minded to changes.
