1.To provide a comfortable stay to all guests ? Personal touch.
2.Provides proper training, handles grievances, holds meeting, problems solving, and ensures safety of team member.
3.To receive, act, ensure and maintain Housekeeper?s / Management?s policy, instructions, standards set and discipline on team member are followed up promptly.
4.Checks on consumption report and mini bar stock.
5.Responses and feedback necessary information to co-ordinate.
This position is expected to supervise guest floor cleaning activities in order to maintain perfect hygiene and orderliness of floor facilities. You are also expected to control amenity and supply inventory as well as establishing.
