1.To assist Chef in maintaining proper performances and kitchen organization.
2.To make sure that assignments are carried out fast and efficiently.
3.To conduct daily inspections of refrigerators, stores, outlets and kitchen areas.
4.To co-ordinate mis-en-place of production material.
5.To replace Junior Sous Chefs and Chef De Partie if needed
You are expected to assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef or outlet chef in the requisition and supervision of all kitchen personnel with emphasis on the outlet where the Sous Chef is assigned to.
