1. Bachelor?s degree or higher in hotel management or hospitality management or other related fields.
At least 2 years experience in hotel management or hospitality management
2. Excellent communication skill in English including speaking, reading and writing.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Outstanding leadership and management skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
5. Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Social Media i.e IG, Facebook, LINE, WhatApp and etc.
1. Responsible for overseeing the general hotel operations, with an emphasis in the Front Office; Housekeeping; and Maintenance departments.
2. Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
3.Reporting day-to-day operation to the GM.
4. Plan the property main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
5.Review and responsible for all operation employees.
6. Training new employees.
7. Taking care of Front Office Department and guests.
8. Communicating with guests and guests problem solving.
9. Manage, record, and resolve promptly all guest complaints.
10. Manage and develop employees to ensure efficiency and high levels of our service.
11. Handle with problems that arise in the property, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
12. Other duties as assigned.
