2.At least 2-year experience in Assistant Manager (FO) position of international hotels
3.Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
4.Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly
5.Strong in English communication skill, and computer literate
6.Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work
1.Oversee the smooth running of the Executive Lounge on a day to day basis to achieve our goals set for hotel standard
2.Ensure all staff acknowledge all guest, where possible guest names should be used
3.Ensure Executive lounge area is always clean and tidy at all times
4.Ensure punctuality of staff when serving meals
5.Ensure guest access to the Executive lounge area is controlled and monitored as per LSOP guidelines
6.Check house count for the day ensuring all staff are aware of the sell strategy for the day
7.Ensure all guest?s requests are carried out, and all realistic expectations are met
8.Conduct daily shift briefing/meeting?s and pass on all relevant information to the associates
9.Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
10.Regular inspections of all work conducted within the department to ensure quality standards are maintained.
11.Represent the department at relevant meetings.
12.Maintain staffing levels in line with Hotel occupancy and productivity.
13.Oversee the personal hygiene and grooming standards of department staff as outlined in the staff handbook.
14.Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
15.Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
