Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
Experience:
3 years? experience in IT support with general user applications, networking and server.
Competencies:
1. Experienced in system infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, O365, Group Policy, Network products Cisco Router, Firewall, Switch), data recovery, variety of computer products and operating system and hardware.
2. Good communication both Thai and English
3. Good service support and user training skills.
4. Able to work after office hours as well as during the weekend when require.
5. Able to travel and work outside Bangkok sometimes.
IT Supervisor/Executive supports for analysing and troubleshooting network systems and software, answering concerns regarding software and hardware and organizing and managing company data.
Responsibilities:
1. Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
2. Manage daily operations of the IT department.
3. Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve satisfaction.
4. Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors.
5. Protect data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.
6. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
