- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic items according to company's specifications to guests in the outlet.
- Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with bar restaurant standards.
- Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure a smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager.
