?Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair, adhering to standardized recipes and quality standards.
?Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create personalized drink experiences that exceed expectations.
?Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of beverages, utensils, and equipment.
?Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies to ensure seamless operations.
?Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all relevant regulations and policies.
?Collaborate with the bar team and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the rooftop bar.
