- Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are achieved.
- Consistently inspect assigned areas and turn in inspection reports.
- Ensure that all reports are prepared completely and promptly.
- Work accordingly to hotel standards.

- Minimum of two-year experiences in same position.
- Experience from international brand with same position will be advantage.
- Minimum high school or vocational in any field.
- Computer literate.
- Fair English communication and writing.
