- 2 years experience work in roll of F&B Manager/outlet manager.
- Experiences in rooftop bar.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Establish the service standards for the outlet, overseeing the consistent implementation of the service standards and training the associates as necessary.
- Develop an outstanding beverage selection that is competitive in the local marketplace.
- Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- Make sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.
- Constantly evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations to make sure that the hotel?s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
