? A bachelor?s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
? Minimum of 5 years hotel HR management experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a midscale hospitality environment.
? Knowledgeable, experienced and proven achievements in HR management.
? Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Thai and English.
? Positive attitude towards challenges and the drive to excel through coaching, advising and giving feedback to others.
? Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong flexibility and willingness to learn and gain multi-tasking skills.
? Excellent time management skills.
? Good knowledge of computing and able to operate job-related systems.
? Ability to think outside the box, be creative and find win-win solutions.
Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Human Resources Fields in Hospitality segment.
Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operations as a Cluster Roles for ASAI Bangkok Chinatown and ASAI Bangkok Sathorn.
You will manage in Human Resources and Learning & Development Department, ensuring all HR Policies & Procedures are implement accordingly to the Law and ASAI Culture, and are communicated throughout all levels. Promote employee satisfaction, making ASAI the happiest place to work.
