- Minimum of two-year experience in hotel culinary.
- Experience from international brand will be advantage.
- Minimum high school or vocational in any field.
- Graduated from culinary school/major will be advantage.
- Hygiene and HACCP knowledge.
- Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he is assigned to efficiently.
- Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently.
- Stock food items neat in shelves and fridges.
- Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
- Assist in cleansing utensils and equipment.
- Work accordingly to culinary and hotel standards.
