? Proven experience in cost control, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
? Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
? Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
? Proficiency in financial software.
? Supervise the daily operations of the receiving department, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
? Implement and maintain cost control procedures and systems to monitor and reduce operational expenses.
? Oversee the inspection of deliveries to ensure the accuracy of orders and compliance with quality standards.
? Collaborate with the finance and procurement departments to reconcile invoices and delivery notes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and inventory management.
? Conduct regular audits of inventory and storage areas to prevent stock loss and ensure proper stock rotation.
? Prepare and present reports on receiving operations, inventory levels, and cost control measures to management.
? Train and guide receiving department staff in best practices for cost control and operational efficiency.
