- Provides long term planning and technology landscape to meet company business direction.
- Provide IT strategic roadmap based on organization mission and vision.
- Creating blueprints & recommendations and contributing to translating them into actionable
roadmaps for complex and large technology environments, building future-proof
architectures using modern. technologies like cloud, edge computing, next-gen connectivity,
event streaming, platform architectures and more.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set
by upper management.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technological
needs.
- Initiating IT Strategy and IT Planning to see how Technology aligned with Business Strategy
to maximize value creation.
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and
efficiency.
- Managing IT resources and IT budget to be in line with the IT strategy.
- Plan capital, operating budget for technologies implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of any new hotel opening from a technological
perspective.
