รายละเอียดงาน

? Supervising Front Desk Staff: provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and professional guest service delivery.
? Guest Relations: handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
? Front Desk Operations: oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in guest registration, billing, and payment processing, also assist with room assignments, upgrades, and managing room availability.
? Staff Training and Development: assist in training new front desk staff and providing ongoing training and coaching to existing team members.
? Administrative Duties: assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and updating operational procedures.
? Safety and Security: ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures and guest privacy policies.
? Collaborating with Other Departments: work closely with other hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any cross-departmental issues.
? Leadership and Support: provides leadership, guidance, and support to front office staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
