? Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
? Strong attention to detail to ensure that rooms are cleaned thoroughly and to high standards.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests professionally and address their needs.
? Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other staff members.
? Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the hospitality industry often requires.
? Clean and sanitize all assigned guest rooms and bathrooms.
? Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.
? Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
? Vacuum carpets and/or clean and mop floors.
? Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea.
? Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate department.
? Report and return any lost items found in guest rooms to the designated Lost and Found area.
? Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
? Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and room standards.
? Collaborate with other staff members, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a smooth operation.
? Respect guests' privacy and ensure the security of guest belongings in the rooms.
