Job Summary ? (Role Summary)
? Oversee and direct all aspects of the Sales activities for Regent Group Hotels (Regent Cha-am, Regent Chalet, Vala Hua-Hin). Responsibilities include oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales plan, management of the sales team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require direct and routine cross-departmental interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? (Key Activities of the role)
? Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume.
? Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved- Ensuring hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals.
? Review and manage Sales personnel to ensure targets and sales objectives are met
? Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers.
? Procure and maintain hotel clients
? Produce the Annual Revenue Plan Forecasts
? Provide a professional, advisory support service to the MD and operations team
? Create and implement special programs to achieve greater profitability through:
Increasing average rate
Increasing overall occupancy
Increasing Food & Beverage and Banquet Sales
? Participate as an active member of the community through associations, memberships and other trade organizations
? Interacts with individuals outside the hotel, including, but not limited to clients, Convention Bureaus, local Hotel Associations, Government Tourist offices, Airlines, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, competitors and other members of the local community
