F&B Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and functions within the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
- Assist in developing menus for various events considering dietary requirements, seasonal availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between kitchen staff, service team, and clients to ensure seamless event execution and coordination.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for food and beverage items, optimizing stock and minimizing waste.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to food and beverage services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings, events, and promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, costs, inventory levels, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to management.
