Blue Light Wine Bar & Bistro ( Blue Tao Beach Hotel ) We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Head Chef to join our team. If you're looking for the next opportunity, we want to hear from you.
- Create and curate a diverse and innovative menu that aligns with current culinary trends and customer preferences in western, Thai fusion, fine dining.
- Regularly update and refine menu offerings based on seasonality, availability of ingredients, and guest feedback.
- Ensuring high quality & consistency of food items while keeping to the minimum turnaround time.
- Overseeing the kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality of cuisine is served to our guests, and ensure that all food and labor cost goals are met.
- Conducting regular department meetings, and reviewing daily & monthly reports to provide reliable data to the management.
- Implementing and keep hygiene & safety standards.
- Leading and handling the overall operation of the kitchen, Bar and team.
- Working on financial budgets (e.g. food costing, kitchen accounting, P&L reports).
- Working with management to develop and maintain updates on the menu and the marketing plan
- Achieving kitchen business goals.
- Leading each team member's performance.
- Providing training, mentorship, and development of all kitchen team member
