2.Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
3.Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop favorable terms and conditions.
4.Knowledge of travel industry regulations and legal requirements.
5.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
7.Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
8.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Contract Development and Negotiation:
- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts related to tour operations, including agreements with hotels, transportation providers, and excursion vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure favorable contract terms and conditions.
Contract Administration:
- Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all contracts are up-to-date.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with tour operation contracts.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the company's interests are protected.
Vendor and Partner Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Negotiate and coordinate agreements with third-party service providers to enhance tour offerings.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay informed about travel industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all tour operation contracts comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align contract terms with business goals.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure contract-related activities meet company objectives.
Contract Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct periodic evaluations of contract performance and vendor/partner relationships.
- Recommend improvements and adjustments to optimize tour operations.
