? Understand use of Social media and messaging systems
? Taking all incoming calls and providing information and taking same day bookings.
? In-charge of all Whatsapp communication with guests and answering their enquiries.
? Directing all bookings to Sevenrooms booking system.
? In-charge of answering social media messaging including Instagram, Facebook & Line
? Assist to monitor daily bookings and assign tables as needed
? Assist with daily administrative tasks and provide support.
? Stay up to date with changing minimum spend, terms and conditions and events to give right advise to guests
? To be added once Sevenrooms system is finalized on daily reporting and checklists
