Financial Controller

- Experienced in golf course or hotel would be plus
- Good communication in English is required
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience

- Managing all finance & accounting operations and records in compliance with accounting standards and related regulations.
- Presenting financial and accounting reports in an accurate and timely manner, meeting all reporting requirements and deadlines.
-Analyzing financial and accounting data and variance analysis from the budget and suggesting areas for improvement to the management team.
- Co-ordinating and preparing the annual budget including operating budget and capital expenditures budget.
- To be an advisor on financial issues and, where necessary and appropriate, to challenge the EXCOM and the GM regarding the way business in conducted at the club.
- Be current and up-to-date on tax laws and other regulations that will affect the financial condition of the Club.
- Maintaining internal controls over financial and operational process.
- Ensuring that standard operational policies and procedures are followed and updated.
- Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
- Working with Treasury in managing cash flow of club.
- Providing leadership and managing the finance & accounting team effectively and efficiently.
- Develop, adapt and implement LSOP?s for all department functions.
- Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
- The training, guidance and development of all finance & accounting colleagues and encourage individual development.
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
- Experienced in golf course or hotel businesses would be a plus.
- Experienced in auditing field would be another plus.
