Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
3. Ensure the security and integrity of data, networks, and systems.
4. Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions.
5. Collaborate with department heads to understand technology needs and provide effective IT solutions.
6. Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.
8. Manage IT staff, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
9. Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
