Degree in Hospitality.
1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
1. Outstanding guest relations skill.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
3. Well versed in use of computers such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Word, Excel
Display of cheerful, Pleasant, Warm disposition and Leadership
-Concierge Officer supports Chief Concierge/Assistant Chief Concierge to manage the operational and staff matters of concierge team and to promote concierge services to other departments.
-Concierge Officer serves the needs of guests/customers by running errands, handling luggage, coordinating guests/customers' requests with designated vendors and carrying out special guests/customers' requests and events assigned by the management.
1. Ensure that all guests receive the best service.
2. Ensures that all guest requests for information or assistance are fulfilled in courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
3. Communicate directly with guests, in person or by telephone.
4. Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules.
5. Provide area maps, brochures and other literature.
6. Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments and reservations for guests.
7. Report any unusual situations to Chief Concierge
8. Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by Chief Concierge.
