Qualifications:
1. Experience: Several years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry,
starting as a server or in a similar role and working up to a leadership position.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities to supervise
and motivate the front-of-house staff.
3. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to
handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
4. Menu Knowledge: Basic Knowledge about cooking term, ingredient in general
and technic.
5. Teamwork: The capability to work well in a team and coordinate with kitchen
staff, bartenders, and management.
6. Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff,
and restaurant management.
7. Problem-Solving: The ability to resolve issues and make decisions in a fastpaced
restaurant environment.
1. Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing a high level
of service and attending to customer needs.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers
and host/hostesses, to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.
3. Coordination with Reservation Desk: Getting reservation info and ensure that all
customer requirements are met.
4. Daily briefing: Attend pre-mail briefing with Restaurant Manager, Asst. RM in
liaison with Kitchen team. Then conduct daily meeting/briefing with team,
superior.
5. Shift Handover: To ensure that new shift crews have all the necessary
information, issues and pending tasks with colleagues or customers.
