- Education: A bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: Several years of experience in hotel or hospitality management, with a focus on VIP guest services.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to supervise staff and provide excellent VIP guest experiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build positive guest relationships.
- VIP Guest Services: Ensure VIP guests receive special attention, personalized services, and amenities (if any)
- VIP Guest Recognition: Develop and maintain a database of VIP guests by using CRM system, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences.
- VIP Database Management: Maintain a database of VIP guests, their preferences, and their visit history to personalize their experiences by using CRM system.
- VIP Reservations: Manage reservations and special area assignments for VIP guests, coordinating with concerned parties i.e. Restaurant Manager, Service Manager, Captain, Hostess and wait staff.
- Special Arrangements: Arrange special amenities, such as welcome gifts, welcome drinks, and customized services for VIP guests.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by VIP guests, striving for their satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise service staff as well as Kitchen team, ensuring they provide exceptional service to all guests.
- Floor Manager Quality Control: Monitor the quality of services, food and beverage, provided to VIP guests and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of VIP services. - VIP Events: Plan and oversee special events and activities for VIP guests.
- Butler Service for VIP: Providing VIP service such as ordering flower, arranging limousine, driver (you drink i drive), booking movie tickets or restaurants.
Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests, addressing inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
