You will make it to the next round if you are:
1. At least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience in a 4-5-star hotel
2. Have a strong working knowledge of Thai, preferably western and other Asian Cuisine, Vietnamese is advantage.
3. Strong understanding of HACCP and can deliver training to subordinates.
4. Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment's, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel- s financial goals.
5. Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership
Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Kitchen of Hospitality segment. Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operation of 106-rooms and 1 Restaurant & Bar located at Sathorn area.
- Manage the respective section in the kitchen to produce consistently excellent quality of food. Guides the cooks and more junior kitchen staff to adhere to the set standards and recipes, always following the food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the butchery kitchen. Monitors ample stocks for outlet requirements, controls correct portioning specifications of meat and seafood produce, to be prepared as per business requirements, and vacuum packed.
- To emphasize cleanliness and quality throughout the area.
