- At least 7 years experience in bartender / bartendy and service career

? Ensure equipment is well maintained are trained how to do the same.
? Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.
? Effectively utilize POS systems to complete customer transactions and expedite orders.
? Effectively learn and understand company values and culture, product and brand information including restaurant menus and ingredients.
? Assist with operations in other outlets and take part in special events as and when required.
?Interact with management, operations manager, co-workers to encourage a team effort and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
? Involvement in creative processes and other roles of the restaurant if required.
? Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic items according to company?s pecifications to guests in the outlet.
? Guide, recommend, and educate guests and clients in beverage products in appropriation to circumstances.
? Guide, recommend, and educate colleagues in what and how to upsell beverage items.
? Always maintain a responsible manner of alcohol service.
? Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with bar restaurant standards.
? Ensure physical hygiene and cleanliness throughout outlets including back-of-house and front-of-house areas, as well as personal hygiene.
? Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager or person of equal or higher superiority.
? Prepare, execute, and present beverage items efficiently and quickly.
? Prepare all non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks with equipment and tools required in alignment with food hygiene and safety standard.
? Serve and present beverage and other items within the scope of the menu with knowledge and understanding of the products.
? To prepare drinks and food that is of the quality that is consistent with restaurant requirements.
