- More than 5 years in kitchen operation.
- Understanding in various cooking method.
- Strong leadership skill.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional approach with subordinates and customers.
- Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredient.
- Help Head Chef in creating and initiating new dish.
- Hire and train new kitchen employees.
- Manage food ordering by keeping records and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in standard.
