- Diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English, other languages would be an advantage
- Two or three years? experience which is related to the position.
- Strong communication, service and leadership skill
- Positive attitudes toward the job, management and company.
- Flexible, high commitment and hard working.
- To supervise Guest Service Agent and Bellman.
- Oversee day-to-day operation to maintain the hotel standard and also maximize guest satisfaction.
- To assist Front Office Manager to develop subordinate?s skill and team members and drive them to achieve goals and success in their career path.
- To manage and handle guest?s expectation and guest?s satisfaction.
- To drive Walk-in, Upselling revenues and other incomes to achieve target performance.
- Floating service charge
