Duty Manager

?Age: Range between 26 - 36 years
?Sex: M/F but Male preferred
?Nationality: Local Hire/Thai
?Education: Local Education
?Language: Thai and English in spoken and written
?Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position, preferable in the hospitality industry
?Working Hours: 6 days a week, 18:00 hrs ? 03:00 hrs.

?The Duty Manager reports to the General Manager, and is the main Duty Manager for evenings within the Club.
?The Duty Manager will manage a team of approximately 16 club operations staff.
?The Duty Manager will abide by the Club?s Constitution and rules in delivery of key responsibilities and take due process of existing and future Thai laws relating to employment, club operation and licensing etc.
?The Duty Manager will also develop key relationships with the Members, General Committee and the various groups within the Club membership, Loyal Societies and Associated Groups that frequent the various Club House bars and function rooms.
?Able to take care F&B outlet (evening time), Housekeeping and Security team.
?The Duty Manager is the focal point for all Members and visitors to the Club, during after-hours.
?The Duty Manager must be confident and well informed about all club activities, constitution, bylaws and regulations
?Answer all queries from Members or visitors to the Club
?To attend to any problems and deal with those in a timely and professional manner
?Ensure staff are at work according to their schedules and not holding up around the Club
?Create a daily DM report and discuss this with the GM
?Key responsibility for the Club during after hours
?Walk the premises and check for any irregularities, suspicious persons or activity and actively seek out investigation
?Be visible and approachable around the Club
?Ensure doors are locked, lights are off and AC?s and fans are turned off around the Club after Members have left
?To control all Club keys
?In case of emergency call the appropriate emergency services, provide first assistance, first aid or fire watch until emergency services arrives and inform the GM.
?To work closely together with the 24 hr security personnel to ensure the Club is quiet and safe at night
?Ensure the Audio-Visual equipment is always functional and displaying advertised TV Sports and other entertainment as requested by members.
?Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of all Club facilities and environments
?Manage emergency preparedness through the implementation of protocols that respond quickly to fires, accidents, and breaches of security or house rules promptly and in person. Emphasise prevention through training, inspection and preventive enforcement.
?Manage Control stock, staff rosters and ensuring staff overtime at the end of the evening is fully justified in terms of sales generated.
?Create a sense of community through being highly visible with open communication
?Any other duties as assigned by DGM/GM.
