1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience of which at least 2 years in a supervisory level.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop visions and goals.
4. Strong analytical, fact-based, decision making skills.
5. Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and management accounting.
6. Background in hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
7. Good leadership and development skills, adaptable to change and proactive in problem solving
1. Overview all account transaction, reconciliation, month end closing and coaching.
2. Review and monitor all accounting operations and records in compliance with accounting standards and related regulations.
3. Presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, meeting all reporting requirements and deadlines to Director of Finance.
4. Analyzing financial data and variance analysis from the budget and suggesting areas for improvement to the management team.
5. Review and maintain internal controls system over financial and operational process. Ensuring that standard operational policies and procedures are followed and updated.
6. Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
7. Working with Treasury in managing cash flow.
8. Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
