Job Summary:
Overall responsible for pro-actively soliciting new business for all entities of the
SALA Hospitality Group. The position is accountable for medium to large accounts.
Actively upsells each business opportunity to maximize revenue for individual
property. Aligns customer profile with the appropriate product. Achieves personal
and team related business goals. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by
delivering best service throughout each customer experience.
Core Work Activities:
? Targets markets and segments as assigned with heavy emphasis on proactive
solicitation and account saturation
? Develops effective wholesale plans and actions with GDOSM accordingly
? Maximizes Revenue by upselling packages and creative food and beverage
? Understands the overall market- competitors strengths and weaknesses, economic
trends, supply and demand and knows how to sell against them
? Serves as point of contact for customers, hotel and sales organization. Ensure
pricing/selling strategies are followed.
? Is fully aware of overall resorts strategies and goals
? Works efficiently and collaboratively with representation offices across the world to
maximize impact on customers and revenue growth.
