Job Scope Summary:
The Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities within the hotel, ensuring all queries and bookings are carried out in an accurate and time effective manner, providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
